For more than 20 years, Andrew Z. Adkins III has consulted with the legal profession. He was one of the first legal technology consultants in the country and one of only a handful of truly independent IT consultants. Andy has focused much of his consulting on case, matter and practice management systems and has written two books on the subject. He has published hundreds of articles and made hundreds of presentations at the national, regional, state and local levels. In 1997, he established the Legal Technology Institute at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and became the director and primary consultant. He was also the chair of the ABA TECHSHOW in 2000 and 2001, and the co-chair of the LegalTech Conferences from 2000 to 2007.
Andy is a Trustee of the College of Law Practice Management.
