Francis H. Musselman is the retired lawyer with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York City, where he became a partner in 1960 and served as the firm’s managing partner for 14 years.

In the mid 1960s, Milbank Tweed becoming the first law firm in the world to use a computer and Fran is credited as the driving force behind the firm’s use of technology.

Fran is a former Chair of the ABA Law Practice Management Section and has been active in the ABA and New York State Bar.

Fran earned his law degree in 1953 from Columbia University.
