Joan W. Gleich, CLM, is the Co-Chief Operating Officer and CAO at Husch Blackwell, LLP, in St. Louis. She has served as President, Vice-President and Treasurer of the St. Louis/Gateway chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She is one of the first individuals to be awarded the Certified Legal Manager designation by ALA and authored the  ALA monograph, Closing the Gaps – A Guide for Improving Internal Controls in Law Firms.

Joan is a Trustee of the College of Law Practice Management.
