With more than 25 years’ experience working with lawyers and legal services professionals, Robin Rolfe has spent most of her career anticipating changes in law practice and developing plans and programs to address the evolving needs of the profession.
She established Robin Rolfe Resources in 1998 specifically to help law firms, corporate legal departments, intellectual property boutiques, associations and legal vendors improve their organizational structures and develops strategic plans to improve name recognition, increase and enhance business, manage more efficiently and strengthen client relationships. With a team of 10, RRR Consulting services clients around the world. RRR Associations provides outsourced association management and administrative services to bar and law-related associations, law firm alliances and networks.
Prior to establishing Robin Rolfe Resources, Robin was executive director of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for 17 years, where she managed a staff of fifty and collaborated with the thousands of in-house lawyers and private practitioners serving on committees and in volunteer leadership positions. Together they built INTA into the largest and most active association of intellectual property owners in the world. Robin established INTA’s integrated marketing and public relations program and was instrumental in its internationalization. She also designed a leadership training program for volunteers and initiated a professional development program for staff.
Earlier in her career, Robin practiced law at Chesebrough-Pond’s Inc. (now Unilever) and the Lowenstein Sandler law firm.
Robin Rolfe currently serves on INTA’s Leadership Development Committee, and IPO’s Corporate IP Management Committee. She is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women Presidents’ Educational Organization (WPEO).

Since stepping down as executive director of the International Trademark Association, Robin Rolfe has dedicated herself to assisting IP boutiques, larger law firm practices, corporate IP departments, and associations around the world in growing and improving their organizations by developing sound practice management and business development concepts. Her approach and hands-on style allow her to create practical implementation programs, as well as custom plans to fit specific business situations and needs. She is an active and respected member of numerous intellectual property bar and trade associations that seek her counsel on services and projects to assist their members in addressing the business of law.
