Wendy Lee Werner

At age 69, Wendy Werner died on January 3, 2022, at her St. Louis home following a long battle with cancer. 

Wendy was inducted into the College of Law Practice Management in 2018. She founded Werner Associates, LLC, and helped thousands of attorneys over her 30+-year career with coaching, career management and personal and practice management. For many years, Wendy led the Career Center at St. Louis University’s School of Law. One of her proudest roles was her longtime board service with the nonprofit civil rights law firm, ArchCity Defenders. Wendy was its founding board chair and stewarded the organization for more than 12 years as it became an established force for justice in the St. Louis region.
